The Lake Arthur Stomp

from Daisycutter by Sara Milonovich & Daisycutter

/

about

A big "fiddles and feet" party, with tunes from Louisiana, France and Italy getting together for some "up north" fun. I learned the first tune, "The Lake Arthur Stomp", written by Varise Conner, from Fiddlin' Ed Lowman in the Adirondacks. The second one, "Polka de Laguiole", comes from the Auvergne region in France, and the last one, "Avian Jomai Vegu," was written by Alberto Cesa of the Italian band Cantovivo.
